Awareness Days
As an addition to our PHSE curriculum, SSPS have incorporated monthly Awareness Days.
September saw the whole school raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support. We held coffee mornings and cake sales across our multi site school. We are using these Awareness Days to teach our pupils about different charities and other important social issues, we are also trying to illustrate the power of community and that if we all join together we can effect change.
